Penis pump help with erections
A penis pump is one of the few treatment options for inability to obtain or maintain an erection sufficient for sex (erectile dysfunction). A penis pump consists of a plastic tube that fits over the penis, a manual or battery-operated pump that attaches to the tube, and a band (contraction ring) that fits around the base of the penis after an erection. Penis pumps are sometimes called vacuum pumps or vacuum erection devices. However, it is important to take precautions as minor damage or side effects may occur with improper use.

Using a penis pump is simple, just follow this method.

Start by placing the tube over the penis. You may need to use lubricant to avoid tube irritation.

If battery powered, turn on the pump or use a hand pump to begin expelling air from the tube. Changes in air pressure can cause blood to start congesting the blood vessels in the penis. You may get an erection in just a few minutes. You can then remove the tube and have foreplay or sex. Most penis pump systems include a penis ring or constriction ring that you wear at the base of your penis. It is designed to help maintain an erection by restricting blood flow to the penis. After you have an erection, you can place the constriction ring around the base of your penis and remove the tube. Keep the penis ring in place for no more than 30 minutes as it may affect blood flow and injure your penis.

Penis pumps can help with erections, but you need to use them carefully, as they can cause damage to your penis if used improperly.
